You have purchased the Premium Lovebox Everyday Subscription online when you purchased your Lovebox, but it does not seem to work on your app?
Don't panic!
It is likely that this is happening because the email address you are using on your Lovebox account is different than the address you used to purchase your product. Both email adresses should be the same.
Here is how you can change your details to make your subscription work:
- Follow the manage subscription link: https://en.lovebox.love/tools/recurring/login
- Click "address & payment details"
- Edit your details
- Change your email address to the email address you use on the Lovebox app

- Go to the Lovebox app
- Change your email address to the email address you used to buy the subscription
