A Lovebox with a heart that doesn't spin is not a Lovebox! 😮

In order to identify the cause of the problem, can you follow these steps :
- (1) Remove the heart from your Lovebox
- (2) Make sure your Lovebox is plugged and that its secret code is displayed on its screen
- (3) Close your Lovebox' lid
- (4) With your app, please send a message to your Lovebox. Wait a few moment (not more that 1 min). The golden axis should spin.
A - The golden axis does not spin --> look under your Lovebox' lid : is there a magnet in its center, or just an empty hole? If there is no magnet, this is the cause of the issue.
If there is a magnet, the motor of your Lovebox may be damaged during the shipment.
B - The golden axis spins --> let it spin for 2 or 3 minutes to warm it up. Then, put your Lovebox's heart on the golden axis, and it should spin!
If it still does not work, contact us so we can replace your Lovebox or the lid.
