If the Lovebox keeps displaying the following message it means it cannot connect to Lovebox servers 😕
Here is what you can do:
- Unplug and re-plug the Lovebox
- Reset your WiFi router
- Try to put the Lovebox in another room
- Try to use a different power plug and USB cable
- Try to configure the Lovebox on their mobile phone through shared WiFi
If you still encounter the issue despite the tests, please contact us at sos@lovebox.love so that we can help you. As soon as the issue will be resolved, the Lovebox will automatically reconnect to the servers.
All messages are saved and nothing will be lost. Messages that haven't already been read will be once the Lovebox reconnects.
