If you’d like to reset your Lovebox, here are the steps to follow.
⚠️ Warning: Resetting the Lovebox will result in all the memory of the Lovebox to be erased:
- All users disconnected from the Lovebox;
- All messages sent deleted for ever;
- Lovebox secret code no longer active.
This cannot be undone.
- Plug in your Lovebox and wait for it to start
- Connect your phone or computer to the Lovebox WiFi network (the network name starts with "Lovebox")
- Open your browser and go to
http://192.168.4.1 - In the WiFi configuration page, enter your WiFi name and password as usual
- For the admin email, type exactly: factoryreset@lovebox.love
- Press Save — the Lovebox will connect to your WiFi and the server will automatically remove all users, messages, and pairings
- Wait for the Lovebox screen to show the QR code
- Unplug the Lovebox and plug it back in
- Connect to the Lovebox WiFi network again
- Go to
http://192.168.4.1/factory-reset - The Lovebox is now completely reset
If you can't access this link, please check you are connected to your Lovebox WiFi. We recommend you use a computer to reset your Lovebox, not your phone
