To reset your Lovebox V1 or Color & Photo, there's nothing easier, just follow these few steps 😉:
- Take your computer 💻 The reset procedure cannot be done with a mobile phone. A computer is required
- Connect to the WiFi network of your Lovebox (displayed on its screen)
- Open your favorite Internet browser: Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, Edge, ... or even Internet Explorer.
- The following instruction is different depending on the Lovebox you have (click here to find out which Lovebox you have):
- Lovebox V1 🖤: In the address bar, enter http://192.168.4.1/memory-wipe-fields (http and not https) ⚠️Make sure you are connected to the Lovebox WiFi network with your computer
- Lovebox Color & Photo 💖: In the address bar, enter http://192.168.4.1/factory-reset (http and not https) ⚠️Make sure you are connected to the Lovebox WiFi network with your computer
- That's it! Unplug and plug back your Lovebox ☀️
If you can't access this link, please check you are connected to your Lovebox WiFi. We recommend you use a computer to reset your Lovebox, not your phone
