The Lovebox has not been designed to connect directly to a network with a connection portal 😕
The good news is that we have a solution that may be working 😊 Your mission if you accept it, is to contact the network administrator in the place where you live/work so that they can add the Lovebox to the devices connected to your public WiFi network. They will need the MAC address of your Lovebox.
You can get it this way:
- Unplug the Lovebox and plug it back in with the cover open;
- From your phone, connect to the WiFi network sent by the Lovebox;
- Once the configuration pop-up is open, click on "about my Lovebox" (below the 2 languages);
- The MAC address of your Lovebox is available here, write it down to forward it to your network administrator.
🖤 For the Lovebox Black & White

The solution is nearly the same as the previous one, but you need us to provide a piece of specific information about your Lovebox. Do not hesitate to contact us, and to send us the MAC address of your Lovebox (proceed in the same way as above to get it). In that way, we will explain the procedure to connect your Lovebox to a public network.
