We understand that you might be facing some challenges with your Happy Loop, particularly related to the cards not exiting as expected. To address this issue effectively, let's explore a few common scenarios:
-
First and foremost, make sure you are placing your cards inside the container, not on top. Your Happy Loop cards need to be inside the container to work properly!
-
ensure you're turning the crank in the correct direction – it should be turned clockwise, not counterclockwise.
-
If you're attempting to turn the crank with the container fully loaded with cards, this can cause some difficulties. We recommend operating the Happy Loop with a moderate number of cards inside for the best results.
-
When reusing cards that have been previously used, you may experience some issues as the grip of the roller might not adhere to the cards perfectly. If this is the case, consider using newer cards for smoother performance.
-
Make sure you haven't inadvertently touched or damaged the roller grip, as any damage to this component can affect the card-exiting process.
-
Finally, make sure that your cards are not bent or curved. Indeed, warped cards do not allow for optimal performance. If this is the case, we invite you to try bending them slightly in the opposite direction to flatten them again.
