Color & Photo or Black & White?
There are two types of Lovebox: the Color & Photo Lovebox, which can receive all types of content, and the Black & White Lovebox, which cannot receive photos or colored messages.
This difference in functionality explains the price difference.
If you bought a Black & White Lovebox and want to enable color, don't worry! This can be done at any time through the app.
Both Loveboxes come with the original heart: the red pixel heart.
Lovebox ... for whom?
There are many variations of our product on our website: Lovebox for Parents, Grandparents, Lovers, Friends. So many choices! 🤯
And you're wondering what the differences are between all these products? Don't worry! This article will answer your questions.
- The number of Loveboxes included is the first variable. The Family Pack, for example, consists of 3 Loveboxes, while the Duo Set includes two Loveboxes.
- The lid is the second element to consider. In most cases, the lid of the Lovebox is standard, but in some cases, the basic lid is replaced by a surprise lid! This is the case with the Surprise Lovebox.
- The spinny is the third differentiating element. In the case of the Lovebox for Lovers, Golden Edition, or Good Vibes, the only variable element is the heart (also called "spinny"). All these products are the same, with the same functionalities. So you can gift a Lovebox for Kids to your grandma … and vice versa. Phew!
- Finally, the last element that can vary is the license. We collaborate with several licenses like Keith Haring or Hello Kitty. In these cases, the product is branded, and dedicated digital content can be found in the app!
