After once you have entered your email address into the Lovebox configuration phase, your Lovebox should appear in your application. If it does not appear you might have made a mistake in the email. Reconfigure your Lovebox and make sure it is the same email you use to connect to the Lovebox application 😊

If after adding the secret code of your Lovebox it still does not appear after 10 minutes, contact us and tell us the problem, we will help you as soon as possible.
